DELIVERY

Your order will be processed within 3 days.

Royal Mail Second Class. 2-5 working days.

International Standard 5-7 working days

Please note that once your order is posted out, the parcels are out of my hands and responsibility. I do obtain proof of postage on every item that is sent.

Also -please make sure your delivery address on your PayPal account is up to date as I am not responsible for goods that are shipped to incorrect/old addresses.

RETURNS

If you're not happy with your order, we will try not to feel sad about it. Please get in touch with me. Send your details and I'll do all I can to sort it out for you.  I happily accept returns and exchanges shipped back to me within 14 days of delivery.   

The following items can't be returned because of the nature of the product;

*Earrings & hosiery (for health/hygiene reasons) 

*Sale items 

Lost in is a is a one-woman-small-business :o) Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in an unused,  saleable condition, with all original packaging. Refunds usually take 5 to 7 working days to process. 

Please note: When returning an item/items, the item/items are your responsibility until they reach us. It is essential that you obtain proof of postage or use a service that provides a tracking number as a refund will not be issued if we do not receive the item due to it being lost in the post with no proof of postage.
